The owner and Chef Curry Martin received his culinary training at Johnson & Wales University based out of Providence, Rhode Island. Appetizers use the simple to create tantalizing treats with choices like the Fried Green Tomatoes with crab meat, pancetta and Bearnaise sauce. They also serve fresh raw or fried oysters, Shrimp & Grits, Escargo, Seared Yellow Fin Tuna and Calamari. Entrees begin with exceptional steaks of Prime Filet, Prime Ribeye or Prime New York Strip. Veal Boca Chica is very tempting with veal, shrimp, sea scallops and a shallot cream sauce. Carolina Crab Cakes, Lobster & Shrimp Pasta, Atlantic Salmon and a Calabash Style Seafood Platter excite the palate with precise combinations of flavors. The fresh seafood is always a great choice. These creative dishes are accompanied by delectable items such as creamed spinach, lyonaisse potatoes, risotto, asparagus, roasted or mashed potatoes, savoy cabbage slaw and seasonal roasted vegetables. Entrees range from $19 for the Pan Roasted Chicken to $30 for the Filet. Additional sides are offered for $6 and include Grilled Mushrooms, Salted Jacket Potatoes, Stone Ground Grits and Fresh Cut Fries.

All menu options come highly recommended and the daily specials always add an extra touch of elegance. The Prime Ribeye is considered to be top-notch. As you can see, a meal at Aspen Grill can remain somewhat moderate in price or it can become quite expensive, it’s your choice.
