Taking into consideration traffic and lights, it only takes about five minutes to get to Broadway for dining, shopping and entertainment.

Villas are available in three choices that include the one-bedroom villa, two-bed villa and the one-bedroom premium villa with gourmet kitchens and spacious areas. The one-bedroom villa provides 500 square feet of space that sleeps up to four people and includes a master bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchenette and a bar sink. The one-bedroom premium unit also sleeps up to four guests and is equipped with fine furnishings. It has a private patio or balcony, breakfast bar for two, dining area that seats six and a range oven. Other amenities with the premium villa are a stereo entertainment center, a master bedroom with king size bed and a whirlpool tub. The two-bedroom villas offer more spacious accommodations that sleep up to eight guests with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, a breakfast bar for two, stereo system and three televisions. The Sheraton Broadway Plantation Myrtle Beach also have a master bedroom with a king bed, a whirlpool bath in the master bedroom and two double beds. The sofa in the separate living area makes out into a queen size bed.

All the villas have free wireless high speed Internet access along with a very handy washer and dryer. They are spacious and provide great accommodations for your vacation enjoyment. Start the day with fresh coffee from your coffee maker and enjoy playing chef in your well furnished kitchen. Take advantage of the refrigerator with ice maker, a microwave/convection oven, toaster, cook top, garbage disposal, dishwasher and even a blender to make your own frozen drinks. The grounds at the Sheraton Broadway Plantation in Myrtle Beach are very attractive with beautiful landscaping and the entire facility is clean and pristine. You might try to get a villa in buildings 16-19 which are the newer ones. The best balcony views are those that look over the lake or the pool areas.

Sheraton Broadway Plantation does require a little bit of give and take by not providing a beachfront location. However, you do get a more secluded place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the beach town environment. And still, its just a matter of minutes and only about mile or two from the beach. Not a bad deal. The beaches in this area are usually not as crowded as ones in the more southern locations.

Sunnie’s Poolside Bar & Grill is open in the summer months for three meals a day. They have simple but inviting choices such as burgers, salads and sandwiches. Many restaurants are located nearby for easy dining, especially at the nearby Broadway at the Beach.

Splash Cove is a main attraction on the property. They recently added this delightful children’s swimming area that make the villas a popular place to stay for families with small children. It features a pirate ship with small slides, a swirly octopus slide, water cannons, rain trees and lots of water for kids to splash and play. The pools at the Sheraton are only 3-4 feet deep each and of course the kiddie pools are even more shallow. One of the larger pools flows directly into the lazy river where plenty of floating tubes are available.

Sheraton Broadway has its own low frills 9-hole mini golf course that supplies fun for all ages. They also have two tennis courts, basketball, beach volleyball, a fitness center, game room, shuffleboard, pool tables, bicycling and playgrounds. Gas grills are provided for cooking out and barbequing. Some of the villas surround a beautiful lake area with a tranquil fountain. Many guests enjoy the serenity of this area while feeding the ducks.
They do sell time shares at the Sheraton Broadway, so know that you will be invited to attend a presentation. If you’re not interested, just a polite “no thank you” a time or two should suffice. And if you would like to find out more, go for it. They usually offer some nice rewards for showing up.
