Towers on the Grove is located in the desirable Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach with private beach access. The designer kitchens are fully equipped with all you will need to cook some of your meals while you’re there. The washer and dryer units make your packing easier since you’ll be able to wash your clothes and beach towels. And it’s a great feeling to arrive home from your vacation with the clothes already clean and ready to put away.

Guests will park at the small parking lot on the property as they walk in to register and get their door keys. Once those necessities are taken care of, parking during the stay is across the street in a parking garage. There is an elevator in the garage to make things a little easier.

To begin with, it must be emphasized that this is the SeaSide Resort in North Myrtle Beach and not the Seaside Inn of Myrtle Beach. There is a huge difference in these two developments. What is really unusual is that they even have the exact same street address, but one is in Myrtle and the other is in North Myrtle. So please be aware if you’re reading reviews on the SeaSide, and especially if you’re making reservations, that it is the Resort in North Myrtle Beach. It does tend to confuse people and we want to make sure you make reservations at the right place.

The condos at the SeaSide Resort have fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops that visitors can use to any extent that they please. Whether they choose to cook most of their meals in, an occasional meal here and there or just want to keep snacks and breakfast foods, the kitchen is there to meet all those needs. The washer and dryer units are so convenient right in the condo and a retractable clothesline in the bathroom helps with the wet swimwear. When reading reviews for the Anderson Ocean Club Resort, one of the comments you will see over and over is that the beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable that guests have ever experienced. They are very soft and cozy. Evidently guests can purchase the pillows from the hotel and take them home to enjoy. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, one double, one twin and a pull out sofa. It also has a large balcony, dining area and living area.

There are four very different layouts that accommodate up to eight people each. One floor plan has a single bedroom with two queen beds, along with a Murphy bed and pull out sofa in the living area. It has one bathroom and a small balcony with an oceanfront view. Another plan has two bedrooms, two queens, a king, a pull out sofa with two full baths and a huge balcony with an oceanfront view. A similar unit has an ocean view room with a small balcony. The fourth choice offers two bedrooms, a king bed, two doubles and a sofa. Each of the bedrooms and the living room have their own wonderful view and balcony areas. There are two baths, a large open kitchen and a spacious living area with dining table. As you can see, there are many choices that can all house the same number of people, but with very different layouts. You’ll be glad you took the time to pick out the one that is right for you and your companions.

The Awakening Spa is a full service spa found on the 4th floor of this condominium facility. They offer extensive spa services from the basic mani and pedi to massages, facials and spa packages that last for hours. Guests who take advantage of the spa give the services and staff very high ratings.

The only downside to the Anderson Ocean Club condos seems to be that the parking area is across the street less than a block away. This is not an unusual situation in areas like Myrtle Beach where demand for land and space is at its prime. Most guests don’t seem to have a problem with this parking arrangement since you can load and unload your luggage at the front of the hotel. There is also a convenient valet service available. The guest checking in your group must be at least 21 years of age and this is a totally smoke-free facility.

Clean and beautiful rooms, excellent service, luxurious accommodations and awe inspiring views of the ocean and heavens, what more could you ask. It’s all within short walking or driving distances to numerous dining and shopping options, and only about a mile and a half from the popular Broadway on the Beach.

The one bedroom units at the Royal Palms condos are similar to a typical hotel room with the usual amenities. The two and three bedroom condos are where the expanded accommodations begin with spacious living and dining areas, large dining tables, washer/dryer units, private balconies, 42” and 36” flat screen televisions, a DVD player, full kitchens with granite countertops and master baths with jetted tubs. Guests will also find nice full size stainless appliances in the kitchens, roomy walk-in closets in the bedrooms and bathrooms with granite countertops. The pillow top beds are extremely comfortable and pillows are plentiful. High speed Internet access is available, but for a small fee. Be aware that ocean view rooms have limited views of the ocean. If you’re expecting really great scenery from your condo, you’ll be more pleased with an oceanfront unit. The upper floors offer especially nice views over the ocean.

Guests are very pleased that the pictures shown on the website do reflect the actual rooms. The condos are clean and well cared for with beautiful décor. Be sure you book your stay in the Royale Palms Condos Myrtle Beach in the new tower and not the Hilton Hotel. There is a big difference. Some people get a bit confused and are not very pleased when they end up in the hotel. Just make sure to get your condo in the Royal Palms tower and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
